Punjab rural polls: Warring calls AAP win ‘stolen glory’

CHANDIGARH: Reacting to the outcome, Punjab Congress chief Amrinder Singh Raja Warring accused AAP of manipulating the mandate. In a post on social media, Warring said AAP was “basking in stolen glory” despite its claims of a sweep in rural Punjab. “AAP Punjab may bask in stolen glory of ‘sweeping’ the rural mandate, but it knows pretty well where it stands. We know it. They know it. People know it. They haven’t swept the elections, they have stolen them,” he said.
